Auction: A Stud Marketplace where male horses (studs) are listed. Mare (female horse) owners can bid with $ZED Token for the opportunity to create new champions. The winning bid produces a new racehorse.
Augments: Equippable items that elevate your horse’s natural ability by adding bonuses to a horse. Strategic use of augments can be the difference between a steady competitor and a top-ranking champion.
Breeding Price: The amount of $ZED or reZED spent in a bid for breeding. Includes a minimum bid value.
Breeding Slots: The number of breeding actions available for a horse.
Bounty: A short-term in-game task that rewards reZED when completed.
Forced Retirement: When a breeding action happens, the horse with the lowest balance may be automatically retired to keep the racing pool static.
Forge Tokens: Gained by reforging (archiving) horses, and used to unlock additional breeding if out of slots.
Leaderboard: A global ranking system for horses, tracking either Matchmaking (MM) Points or $ZED balance.
Matchmaking (MM) Points: Points earned or lost in races, used to pair horses in competitions.
Racing Pool: The fixed group of 4,320 active ‘Race’ horses.
Retirement: Removing a horse from the racing pool and adding it to the breeding pool. This triggers a payout of the horse’s $ZED balance.
reZED: An account-locked special currency that can be used in the place of $ZED for bidding and in-game transactions.
Round: A 12-hour schedule during which each horse races once.
Season: A set gameplay period ending with game updates and seasonal rewards.
Stud Marketplace: The exclusive hub for breeding horses through auctions.
$ZED Balance: The internal amount of $ZED Token stored on a racing horse, affected by race results and breeding costs.
