My horse is stuck in the Stud Marketplace. What should I do?
If your horse is listed in the Stud Marketplace but isn’t visible to others, double-check that it still has at least one breeding slot and that no bid has been placed.

I won a breeding auction, but the foal didn’t appear in my stable.
Foals usually appear in your stable within a few minutes of the auction settling. If it hasn’t shown up after 10 minutes, reach out with your stable name, horse ID, and auction details so we can help.
I can’t add my horse to the Stud Marketplace.
- Only race-retired male horses with available breeding slots can be listed.
- Make sure the horse is not listed for sale on the marketplace.
- If your horse meets these conditions and still can’t be added, send us the horse ID and we’ll investigate.
My horse isn’t entering races. Is it stuck?
- Make sure the horse is in the Racing Pool and not currently queued for breeding or retirement.
- If everything looks correct but it’s not showing up in scheduled races, contact support with your stable name and horse ID.
