I claimed my badge to a Metamask wallet. How do I use it in-game?

You’ll need to manually import the badge using the contract address and token ID. Once imported, transfer the badge to your Dynamic Wallet to unlock its contents in-game.

What’s the difference between the ZED Champions wallet and Metamask?

Use Metamask to buy $ZED (e.g., via Uniswap), then transfer your tokens to your ZED Champions wallet for racing, breeding, and in-game purchases.

If your badge is in Metamask, you’ll need to import the NFT manually using the token ID and contract address, then transfer it to your ZED Champions wallet to use in-game

The ZED Champions Wallet is the only wallet that fully connects to gameplay features.

My wallet was compromised. What should I do?

Move your digital horses and tokens to a new wallet immediately. If your account is linked to a Dynamic Wallet, contact us with your stable name, and we’ll help where we can.

I can’t claim my $ZED, what now?

Make sure your connected wallet holds the token and that you’re logged into the correct account. Still not showing? Send us your stable name and wallet address so we can check.

My account was compromised. How do I secure it?

Change your password and contact us immediately with your stable name. We’ll review recent activity and work with you to protect your horses and gameplay progress.

I created two accounts by mistake, can I merge or delete one?

Let us know which account to keep and the stable names or emails tied to both. We’ll confirm ownership and help you tidy things up.

How do I delete my account?

We’re sorry to see you go. If you’d like to close your account, send us a message with your username and confirmation that you’d like it deleted. We’ll remove your account and any personal data we hold, in line with our privacy policy.

Please note: Wallets and onchain activity can’t be deleted, but once your account is closed, it will no longer be linked to your email, profile, or in-game activity.

If you’re in a region with specific rights around data access or deletion, we’re happy to support your request accordingly.

My email is confirmed, but I can’t log in.

Double-check you’re using the email linked to your stable. If log in issues continue, let us know your stable name and the error you’re seeing so we can help.

Where can I see my purchase or breeding history?

All race, breeding, and auction activity can be tracked through your stable dashboard. If something looks off or you need a breakdown, just send us your stable name and what you’re looking for.
